Archbish on climate...plus
If you haven't seen it already, I think the Archbishop gives some strong and healthy warnings to society. Yet again, thumbs up Rowen. You can read more in the BBC's article 'God won't give a happy ending'...
We are called to be stewards not just of our individual or community resources, but also we have a responsibility, and a commitment to the world that we cannot shy away from.
Haven't had much time for blogging this week. I've mostly been doing the miscellaneous stuff. Sorting, bringing the final bits and pieces into the new office.
Two highlights have been preparing for 24/2 weekend of prayer coming up soon. Very exciting. And also sorting out the house for Ella, who's coming to visit us for a few weeks. She arrives today having finished the 10 week long Springboard course in Guildford run by 24/7. It'll be great to hear her stories, thoughts, to welcome her into our little prayer community life for a while, to learn and have fun and practice hospitality.
Busy busy though. So I'm off to get the last things from the car before it pelts it down with rain...
