refreshing days off..

Just getting back into the swing of things after having a refreshing couple of days off. It's good to have time thinking and working hard in a completely different setting. We've been decorating again. And once again the spiritual lessons from renewal, getting rid of the old, preparing for the new, and applying the new have all been encouraging and helped give a buoyancy to the sometimes grueling tasks.

Great to have Andy and Jack's help lining our dining room ceiling - great job guys! Fair play.

It's also good to get back to work, to have an inbox full of surprisingly encouraging and refreshing emails. no probs. great.
